Well it`s too early to vote i reckon, i can say who won`t win though Sam Fox, coz she`s a right twisty hoop Katie Price - that`s if she appears I would like to see Jimmy White win, but i haven`t seen any coverage yet so..it`s just too hard at the minute, coz no-one has seen their personalities (other than Katie Price and she seems to be a right dragon) I`ll give it one week then make my mind up The reason they're in there is cos they have no personalities, money left, dignity etc, I for one will NOT be watching. The rumours were about this new poxy council not providing police support for this event because of cost,that is why some random bloke in a pick up was blocking the road! Port blocking for popular file sharing progs (Limewire, Kazaa, WinMX, my informant tells me he could start downloading quite happily over various file sharing progs, then at 08:30 they would just stop, downloads would stream in at a nice rate then drop off exponentially at half eight, and wouldn't work again till roughly 7pm. Personally I use Norton internet security firewall, antivirus, the works but it doesnt seem to do the job.
Do you think its best to have several different antivirus/spyware software programs? Perhaps run them all periodically? I wouldn't trust Norton to catch a cold, we use it for our anti virus at work, and I had to give it a helping hand when the Trojan.Clampi was doing the rounds. It would identify there was a virus but then wasn't able to do anything about it. I wrote a small but useful batch file to help it along, once the file was run Norton could then delete the virus and claim it did so all by itself.

However, I liked it better than other tools because it's easy to use and has useful features. It supports two operation modes. It uses either brute force to crack your password, or the dictionary method.
The program can estimate the time it takes to crack a specific password. This is nice because you can see if cracking that specific password is worth your time. Cracking a three letter word, composed of numbers and lowercase letters took about half an hour on my computer (Athlon64 3000+ processor) when I used brute force.
When you use the dictionary method to crack a password, the duration depends on the size of the dictionary. The dictionary files (word lists) are not included in the installation, but they can be purchased separately using a link on the publisher's website. These files are in fact text files, so you can create your own if you want. The program displays a current performance rate.
I guess this performance rate should be the number of words tried each second. I'm not sure though because I couldn't find what the 'p/s' symbol (displayed next to the performance rate) stands for. Pluses: If you close the application while it's cracking a password you can pick up later where you left off.
Resuming is possible because the program saves a project file, which contains information about the progress of the cracking process. I also liked that I could set any project to resume its work automatically upon the next Windows startup. Drawbacks / flaws: In conclusion: A good tool for cracking or recovering a RAR/WinRAR archive password.
