Nokia S60 Internet Radio Download 3,6/5 9987reviews
Take internet radio on the go with the Nokia Internet Radio application One wireless radio that is included on many Nokia S60 devices that I think rarely gets used is the FM radio. I know I rarely use it since it also requires a wired headset to serve as the FM antenna. As a result, I was very pleased to see the beta release of the Nokia Internet Radio application a week or so ago.
I immediately downloaded and installed it on my Nokia N95-1 to give it a try and was very impressed with the slick interface, performance even over my T-Mobile EDGE connection, and ability to play the radio over the loud stereo speakers on the device. Listen on phone. Use Tunein for Iphone phone's & Android phone's. For Iphone - Go to iphone's App Store and Download Tunein & install it and then search for Satsahib Radio in that application and you can also add it in your favourites. For Android phones -Go to your mobile phone's Play Store option & download.

Nokia provides a huge variety of internet radio stations to choose from in their directory that you can browse by genre, language, country, or top stations. Stations include music, news, and sporting events so you are bound to find something you like. And when you do find a station you enjoy you can quickly add it to your Favorites (or is that Favourites?). You can listen to your last played station or even search for stations on the main page too. You can connect via your cellular wireless data connection or via WiFi (if your device supports this functionality) and I found the radio to play well over both with extremely fast buffering times over WiFi.
The settings allow you to control some aspects of the connection and playback quality. Most stations show you the artist and song title, which is something I personally find valuable since I can never remember either when listening to music and if I hear something I really like I would like to know this information so I can buy the song later.
Maybe a quick way to copy and paste this data into a note would be valuable to capture this for future reference can be an added feature. You can and install it on your compatible device. Nokia currently lists compatible devices as the Nokia N82, N91, N95, and N95 8GB.
I am quite impressed by this free service and plan to use it in my car as well when I can't find a good local station to listen to. Nokia is leading the pack, IMHO, in terms of mobile audio with this functionality and the ability to subscribe and right to the device. Related Topics.
